BROAD STREET 1. 1485 (South Side) No 11 SP 5106 SW 8/172 II GV 2. House and shop. Possibly Cl8-19 4-storeyed stucco with bands at lst and 2nd floors. Modillioned cornice below 3rd floor with bracketed side pilasters. Red brick stack. 2 sash window, with glazing bars. C19 shop front.
