  1. 1904 in modified Art Nouveau style. Red brick with stone dressings, curved gable end to street front. 3 storeys. Altered shop fronts. Upper floors have shallow chamfered buttresses at ends and between windows. 3 tall sash windows, 2 light with glazing bars, lst floor neatly flat arches, 2nd floor round arches, central window taller. Balconies with cast iron railings.
