AVEBURY HIGH STREET SU 06 NE (north side) 11/94 The Old Bakery
GV II
Cottage. Early C18. Whitewashed sarsen, extended in blockwork both ends. Thatched roof. Single storey and attic, 5 bays. Original building of 3 bays with central entrance and gable stacks, the extensions of 1 bay C20 each. Central half-glazed door with C19 gabled hood on brackets. Paired 12-pane sashes, and sliding casements to centre, three flush dormers. Windows of extensions paned. Brick stacks. Thatch hipped over left extension. Tiled single storey extension to right bay.
