Armstrong Hotel

The tallest building in Fort Collins when it opened in 1923, the Armstrong Hotel contained 41 rooms and two dining halls. After falling into decline since the 1970s, it closed in 2000, but reopened in 2004 after extensive renovations.

Julian's

Built in the early 1940s as a ladies' clothing store, Julian's has since housed other businesses but retains its iconic curved marble and glass storefront and vintage sign.

Northern Hotel

Built in 1873 and remodeled in the 1930s in the Art Deco style, the Northern Hotel now contains apartments and a Starbucks. The bright white lobby features a grand staircase and stained glass windows in the ceiling.
