Tioga Building

Constructed in 1925-28, then left incomplete for 20 years due to lack of funding, the Tioga Hotel finally opened to the public in 1948. It is said to be the tallest building on the Oregon coast.

Egyptian Theatre

1925
One of only two Egyptian theaters on the West Coast (the other is in Hollywood), the Egyptian Theatre in Coos Bay retains much more of its original design, including the original stage fittings and organ.

Coquille River Lighthouse
Bandon, Oregon
1896
Completed in 1896, this lighthouse has a unique design: a round tower attached to an elongated octagonal room. It was decommissioned in 1939 and is now preserved as part of Bullards Beach State Park.
