  • Stable Block to W of Tythrop House Kingsey, England

    Stable block. Built by 1680. Altered C18, C19 but restored to C17 appearance in 1982.

  • Manor Farmhouse Kingsey, England

    House. C17, C18 and C19. Timber-framed house, altered C18 and extended to form letter-L plan house. Infilled to south east late C19 with 2 gabled wings. West front mainly rubblestone, brick dressed with some brick and some roughcast.

  • Foxhill Farmhouse Kingsey, England

    Farmhouse. C17, cased in C18 rubblestone and brick all colourwashed. Plain tile roof. 4 bays and 2 storeys. North or entrance front has brick upper floor and left bay. Modern gabled porch between left hand bays.

    Country house. Early C17 E-plan house, remodelled by 1680. Interior plaster work by William Morris I, Katherine Morris and William Morris II, 1730s.

    Farmhouse. C17, recased in brick C18, C19 sashes. Evidence of timber framing inside. Front or north elevation brick, sides and rear rubblestone. Old tile roofs. 3 bays and 2 storeys. Right hand bay gabled and set forward.

    Parish church. 1892-3 by J. Moir in late Perpendicular Gothic style. Coursed rubblestone with ashlar dressings. Old tile roofs. Spire shingled. 2 bay chancel with gabled side chapels, 3½ bay nave with south tower/porch to south of west bay.

    House, formerly the vicarage. Early C18, later C18 and early C19. Witchert, colourwashed rendered and masonry scribed, extended in colourwashed and rendered rubblestone, early C19 wing rubblestone with cement dressings. Old tile roofs.
