Freud Museum
20 Maresfield Gardens was the last home of psychoanalyst Sigmund Freud (d. 1939) and his daughter, child psychoanalyst Anna Freud (d. 1982). It is now a museum that includes the study used by Freud and preserved just as he left it.

Alexander Noble House
Fish Creek, Wisconsin
1875
Built in 1875, the Noble House was home to three generations of the Alexander Noble Family. Through the years it has become a landmark on Fish Creek’s busiest corner. Many of the furnishings are original to the house and the Noble family.

Sorrel-Weed House Museum
Savannah, Georgia
1835-40
Completed in 1840, the Sorrel-Weed House in Savannah is a large mansion built in Greek Revival style. It once hosted Robert E. Lee, appears in Forrest Gump, and today is best known for its ghost tours.

This Georgian townhouse next to Cliffords Tower was built c. 1744 and remodeled by John Carr in 1760. It has been used as a cinema and ballroom, and is now a museum showcasing its elegant interiors and a representation of life in 1760s England.

Casa de la Independencia

Built in 1772, this adobe house played a major role in Paraguayan history. It was here, on May 14, 1811, that a group of patriots declared the independence of Paraguay. The museum opened in 1965.
