Coquille River Lighthouse

Completed in 1896, this lighthouse has a unique design: a round tower attached to an elongated octagonal room. It was decommissioned in 1939 and is now preserved as part of Bullards Beach State Park.

Heceta Head Lighthouse and Keepers Quarters
Florence, Oregon
Boasting a spectacular location on rocky promontory overlooking the Pacific, Heceta Head Light is said to be one of the most photographed lighthouses on the Oregon coast. It is still a working lighthouse but is open for tours in the summer.

Morris Island Lighthouse

Originally built in 1767, the Morris Island Light was rebuilt in 1876 and decommissioned in 1962 due to rising water levels around its base.

Cape Arago Lighthouse

Built in 1934 to replace two earlier lights, the Cape Arago Light guided ships to safety in Coos Bay until its decommissioning in 2006. The site is not open to the public, but is visible from the Oregon Coast Trail.
