House. Circa 1830s. Stuccoed with ashlar joint-lining and corner pilasters. Bitumen coated low-pitched hipped state roof with deep eaves. Brick side stacks. PLAN: Double-depth plan, with two principal front rooms, and central entrance/stairhall.
