1863-67. Architect Cuthbert Brodrick. Immense structure in red brick with tawny terracotta dressings, 4 storeys, basement, and storey at eaves cornice level, and 2 storey attic. 3-6+3-6 3 windows, the ends slightly projecting. Rusticated basement.
