Formerly known as the Portland Public Theater and Paramount Theater, the Arlene Schnitzer Concert Hall was built in 1927.

Built in 1911, Portland's flatiron-style Crystal Hotel was previously known as Hotel Alma and The Majestic. In the 1970s, it hosted a gay bathhouse and bar. It has operated as a McMenamins historic hotel since 2011.

Built in 1923 as the Elks Temple, the Princeton Building later housed the WPA, a WWII induction center, and several businesses before being incorporated into the Governor Hotel in 1992 and the Sentinel Hotel in 2012.

Begun in 1869, the Pioneer Courthouse was one of the first monumental buildings to be constructed in the Pacific Northwest. Climb stairs to the historic cupola for great views.

Built in 1927 by Universal Studios, this exotic movie palace has hosted vaudeville acts, silent films, and the premiere of One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest. It was purchased by McMenamins around 1990 and still shows first-run movies.

Originally named the Railway Exchange Building, the Oregon Pioneer Building was designed by Portland architect David Chambers Lewis and constructed in 1910. Huber's Restaurant (founded 1879) has been a tenant since 1910.
