Bridge over Baysdale Beck and attached piers. Medieval bridge; piers and parapet probably C17 in origin; later alterations. Finely-coursed dressed stone; parapet coarser with herringbone tooling, above roll-moulded band.

House, now Youth Hostel. Shooting-box for the Duncombe family, before 1874. Coursed squared sandstone with ashlar dressings; Lakeland slate and lead roofs. Baronial Tudor style.

Row of 9 boundary stones running south from just west of High Crag to 200 yards west of the old quarry. Circa 1835. Hard sandstone. Square-section stone posts about lm. high with roughly-rounded tops.

Longhouse, probably mid C18. 2 builds but almost contemporary. Coursed squared tooled stone with pantiled roof; stone copings, kneelers and stack. One storey and loft.

Church, 1838, extended and altered 1875 by W. Falkenbridge, on medieval site. Coursed squared sandstone with plinth and quoins. Graduated Lakeland slate roof with stone ridge and copings, cast iron cross finial, spike finials at nave corners.

Bulmers Monument in Garden of Town Head

Monument, 1727 dated on east face. Hard gritstone carved in primitive style. Large square plinth. Plain stepped base and square stepped shaft with relief carving of a lifeboat on each face of the step. Stepped top, with socket for missing finial.
