A post processing extravaganza. Topping the list of "pluses" for upgrading to the D700 was the full-frame sensor (FX in Nikon parlance). The minus came in rendering my 18-55mm wide angle lens (crop sensor-DX) no longer wide angle. As a result, I didn't have a lens to get the Heceta Head lighthouse fully in the frame from this close an angle. I therefore, took 3 shots, top to bottom, rotated them 90° and created a "panorama" in Photoshop Elements 6. In addition, I replaced the boring, washed out blue sky, brightened the lens light and removed a distracting part of another building on the right.
