Early 20th century. Single storey and attic, 3-bay house. Rubble with contrasting painted joints and concrete dressings. Hoodmoulded centre entrance; shallow, chamfered segmental-headed bipartites; canted wallhead dormers in outer bays; 2- and 4-pane glazing. Coped end stacks; slate roof.
