Circa 1910. 2-storey, 3-bay house. Rubble with contrasting painted joints and concrete dressings. Corniced centre door, 3 finialled gabled dormers break wallhead; bipartites in ground floor; segmental-headed lintels to all openings; 2- and 4-pane glazing; original rainwater goods. Coped end stacks; slate roof.
