Circa 1900. 2-storey, 3-bay house. Rubble with contrasting painted concrete dressings. Centre entrance with panelled door with cushioned cross-rail; segmental-headed lintels to all openings. 3 finialled gabled dormers break wallhead; 4- pane glazing. Coped end stacks; slate roof. Rear external staircase.
