Style of Rev G A Harris, circa 1880. Single-storey and attic symmetrical pair of semi-detached villas. Rubble-built with painted margins and quoins. FRONT: 6-bay shallow projecting gabled end bays with canted ground floor lights, gothic 1st floor lights in fretted bargeboarded gable with stack finials. Gothic gabled porches in centre bays with stiff-leafed capitals to shafts. Similar capitals to pilastered bipartites at centre. 2-light depressed arched dormers with platformed roofs over. Slate roofs and corniced ridge and gable-end stacks. Sash and case windows, 2 and 4-pane glazing pattern. Rubble-built boundary walls (broken by garage) and ashlar obelisk gatepiers.
