William Alexander, 1872. Single storey and attic 3-bay gabled villa, rubble-built with chamfered openings. Double-gabled front with wingle centre window, brattished canted bay to left, rectangular tripartie bay to right. Tudor arched lights at attic level in each gable. Porch set back at left, lower service wing set back at right. Slate roof with broad eaves. Corniced stacks with original cans. Ground floor windows sach and cas, 2 and 4-pane glazing patterns, 6-pane windows to 1st floor. Low rubble-built boundary walls; twin ashlar gatepiers with pyramidal caps.
