Post 1848. Single storey and basement, 3-bay cottage; basement full-height on falling ground to rear. W elevation painted render; remaining elevations painted rubble. Painted architraved margins, rusticated quoins and base course to W elevation. Painted margins to E elevation. W (MILL STREET) ELEVATION: door at centre; panelled door with letter-box fanlight; short set of granite steps up to door. Windows in outer bays, truncated at basement. Low rendered wall adjoined to left and right, forming enclosure to W; gateway at centre, with 2 small square piers, surmounted by small granite balls. N AND S ELEVATIONS: gabled and blank. E ELEVATION: door to left of centre at basement. Window to right of centre at ground floor. Windows to both floors in outer bays. Modern glazing. No skews. Painted rubble and brick gablehead stacks. Modern tiles. No cans.
