Regular fenestration. E (STAIR STREET) ELEVATION: window to both floors to right of centre. W ELEVATION: adjoined to single storey cottage, No 39 Mill Street. N ELEVATION: adjoined to lower house, No 1 Stair Street. Modern glazing. No skews. Harled gablehead stacks. Modern tiles. 3 velux type rooflights to S pitch.
