Mid to later 19th century. 2-storey, with 1st floor breaking eaves, 2-bay house, in terrace; bays grouped towards left. Harled; E elevation painted brick. Painted dressings: architraved margins, corniced at ground floor; quoin strip to SE; base course. S (MILL STREET) ELEVATION: deep-set boarded door, with letter-box fanlight, in bay to left. Bipartite window at ground floor in bay to right. Gabled dormerheads to windows at 1st floor. W ELEVATION: adjoined to higher building, No 31 Mill Street, Queen's Hotel (see separate listing). E ELEVATION: adjoined to single storey cottage, No 35 Mill Street. Modern glazing. No skews. Painted brick gablehead stack to E. Small grey slates.
