Late 19th century. Single storey, rectangular plan lodge. Bull-faced coursers and snecked rubble cream sandstone, piended slate roof with bracketted eaves. Base course, timber sash and case windows, single pane to bottom, multi-pane to top, chamfered jambs; corniced ridge stack with terracotta cans, cast-iron rainwater goods. FRONT ELEVATION: 6-panelled door to right, V-bay window to left. LEFT RETURN ELEVATION: 2 single windows. INTERIOR: not seen.
