Dated 1906. 3-storey tenement with facade curved to street, series of prominent wall-head gables each 2-bays in width with flue-bearing cross-walls; single bay dormer-head at left. Polished yellow ashlar, windows mainly bipartite and (above ground) with curved cills each with central corbel; plate glass sashes. Shop at either corner, canted S corner bay with wavy parapet, octagonal, attic room with leaded bell-cast roof, wall-head stacks alongside to either elevation (S flank also polished ashlar; N flank and rear yellow brick); slate roofs.
