SP3250 THE GREEN, Little Kineton 1901-1/14/137 (East side) 05/05/89 Kincot

GV II

House. C18 with C20 alterations. Coursed rubble with ironstone dressings; renewed tile roof with brick right end stack. EXTERIOR: single storey plus attic; 2-window range. Entrance to right has C20 door. Windows have rendered stone lintels over 2-light casements; gabled half-dormers have 2-light casements. Rear has 2-light casement, half-glazed door, flat-roofed dormer and small single-storey C20 addition. INTERIOR: chamfered spine beam and open fireplace with bressumer; winder stair, plank door and one original truss visible.
