House. Late C16 or C17 with later alterations. Brick with first-floor close-studded timber-frame with painted brick infill; steeply pitched slate roof with brick end stack. 2-unit plan. EXTERIOR: 2 storeys; 2-window range. Entrance to right of centre has doorcase to 6-fielded-panel door. Windows to ground floor have C20 2-light casements; small windows to first floor also with 2-light C20 casements. Wall stud to left end and bracing to upper floor. Rear has large C19 single-storey gabled wing with exposed king-post truss over C20 casement and garage door. INTERIOR: not inspected.
