Early C18, with renovations of 1985-86, including rebuilding to ground floor right. Brick, rendered, with pantile roof. Plan: 3 rooms with original lobby entry to left, inserted entry to right. 2 storeys, 3 first-floor windows. Moulded plinth to left. C20 6-panel doors and 16-pane sashes. Original windows to ground floor left and first floor in flush wooden architraves with sills and channelled wedge lintels with fluted keys; other windows and doors with C20 replacements. Modillion brick eaves cornice. C20 stone-coped gables. Corniced axial and end stacks. Interior. Spine beams and exposed joists to ground floor left and first floor, some beams with chamfers and ogee stops.
