Circa early C19 rendered brick cottage in neo-Tudor design. Steeply pitched plain tile roof with gabled ends at north-east and west. L-shaped plan. Two storeys. Single storey gabled porch with barge-boards and four-centred arched doorway with plank door and fanlight. To left of porch at ground and first floors two three-light casements and one two-light casement, all semi-circular headed with leaded lights and drip moulds. To right of porch at ground floor a three-light casement with pointed heads, leaded lights and drip mould, and same type of window in a flush gabled dormer. Two rendered brick ridge chimney stacks.
