House. Part of block dated 1709. Roughcast with ashlar dressings, pantile roof. 3 storeys, 1 bay. Chamfered rusticated quoins to left. To right, part-glazed door in chamfered quoined surround with tripartite keystone to lintel. Ground and first floors: sash windows with glazing bars in ashlar surrounds with keystones. Second floor: side-sliding sash window with stone sill. Shaped kneeler, ashlar coping to left. Brick end stack to left. Part of same building as no 43 (qv).
