Farmhouse. C16-C17. Colourwashed brick with some timber framing. Thatched roof. Two storeys, 3 bays with 2-bay cross wing at east end and added kitchen bay to west. Entrance to narrow central bay behind main stack. Six-panelled door with propped bracketed canopy. C19 three and 4-light casement windows, with external recessed shutters to gable of wing. Wing also has lateral stone stack with chamfered offset at first floor level, and canted bay window to front. Interior has blocked fireplace to main stack to right of stair hall, now dining room, and deep chamfered ceiling beams to drawing room in wing. Upper floor and roof not seen. (Gandy I.
