The description shall be amended to read:-
Farmhouse. C17 house with early-mid C19 additions and C20 alterations. House timber-framed with wattle and daub infill, refronted early-mid C20 in red brick in Englisn bond and rest rendered; C19 additions of flint with brick quoins, strings, vertical scrips, surrounds and verges. Plain tile roofs; brick chimneys. C17 house of 1½ storeys, 2 bays, with central chimney; C19 single- storey outshut addition on right and 2-storey, 2-bay wing to rear left, bay linking C17 range to C19 addition largely demolished as at February 1991. Yard (east) elevation: 4-panel door in added porch to right bay; windows are small-pane wooden casements, on ground floor of 2 lights (2 to left bay) under segmental brick arches; on 1st floor of 4 lights in weatherboarded gablets; roof half-hipped on right and with central stack. Outshut has 3-light window with horizontal glazing bars, and chimney against main part of house. Rear: C17 part of house has 2-light windows to each floor, that on 1st floor probably C18, having leaded casement; small window to outshut. C19 wing has 6-panel door (top 2 panels glazed) formerly with 1-light window to left and 2-light window above, both now removed; a 3-light window-to each floor on right; openings have chamfered jambs and segmental arches and the windows metal casements with diagonal glazing bars; end stack on right. Interior: house has chamfered spine beams, that in left room with stepped cyma stops; also in this room, large fireplace (inglenook infilled) with door to former stair beside it. On 1st floor more of the timber frame is visible, comprising jowelled wall posts, arch-braced to wall plate; roof trusses masked, but purlins and windbraces exposed.

Plain tile roofs; brick chimneys. C17 house of 1½ storeys, 2 bays, with central chimney; C19 single-storey outshut addition on right and 2-storey, 2-bay wing to rear left. Stable, attached to left, has loft and is of 2 bays. Yard (east) elevation: house: 4-panel door in added porch to right bay; windows are small-pane wooden casements, on ground floor of 2 lights (2 to left bay) under segmental brick arches; on 1st floor of 4 lights in weatherboarded gablets; roof half-hipped on right and with central stack.
