Disused laundry. Early C19. Coursed watershot rubble, pantile roof. Single storey, 3 windows. To left, and between first and second windows, 6- panel doors in ashlar surrounds with interrupted jambs. 24-pane sash windows below brick segmental arches. Ashlar copings. Brick chimney between first window and second door. Interior: to left: inserted brick bread oven and first floor; to right, large room with ashlar fireplace. Included for group value.
