RAWCLIFFE SE 62 SE HIGH STREET (south side) 3/26 Nos 15-19 (odd) GV II House, now house and shop (No 17/19), with house adjoining to left (No 15). No 17/19 early-mid C18 with C20 shop front to right; No 15 early-mid C19 in similar style and materials. Brown brick in English bond, rendered to lower courses. Pantile roof. Plan: 2-room central lobby entry to No 17/19, with single-room and entrance-hall addition to left (No 15); later rear outshut. 2 storeys with attic, 3 first-floor windows. No 17/19: recessed 6-fielded- panel door beneath segmental stretcher arch, C20 casement in original segmental-arched opening and shop front with door and single window beneath plain frieze. No 15: similar door, 16-pane sash in flush wooden architrave beneath segmental header arch. 2-course brick first-floor band. 16-pane first-floor sashes in flush surrounds. Stepped and cogged brick eaves cornice. Tumbled-in brick to raised right gable. Large axial stack. Blocked first-floor opening and small attic board door to right elevation. Interior contains chamfered spine beams; not fully investigated. Empty and disused at time of resurvey.
