House, c.1820. Local brick, mainly gault, with slate roof and end stacks. L-plan. Two storeys. Three, mid C19 hung sashes in original openings. Central doorway with original doorcase of broken pediment, dentilled, on plain pilasters with entablature. Panelled door and reveals, with round-headed arch to fanlight with glazing bars.
