2 houses, now offices. c1830 with mid C19 additions. Brick with stone dressings and slate roof with single ridge and 2 gable stacks. Plinth, first floor band, modillion wooden eaves. 3 storeys; 3 window range of 12 pane sashes with flat arches. Above, three 6 pane sashes. Central doorcase with steps and plain pilasters and cornice. C20 panelled door and overlight. On each side, a 12 pane sash. Left return has a single storey porch with restored stone doorcase and moulded 6 panel door. Right return has a single window on the upper floors, the first floor one with a railing. Below, a half-glazed door. INTERIOR not inspected.
