RAWCLIFFE HIGH STREET SE 62 SE (north side) 3/25 Nos 110 and 112 GV II House, now 2 dwellings. c1700 with later alterations, including windows and rendering. Red brick, rendered to front. Pantile roof. Plan: 3-room front with lobby entry to left of centre; inserted door in former blocked shop front to left (No 112). 2 storeys, 3 first-floor windows. Plinth. C20 part-glazed door to No 110 in original opening, with two C20 casements to right in lengthened original openings with sills. C20 part-glazed door and casement to No 112 in recessed panel representing blocked former shop front. First-floor band. Similar C20 casements to first floor, those to No 110 in lengthened original openings, that to No 112 in widened original opening. Corbelled eaves. Raised brick-coped gables. Cross-plan axial stack, end stack to right. Interior contains boxed-in spine beams; not fully investigated.
