BEVERLEY KELDGATE TA 0339 (north side) 10/115 No 2 (Minster Garth) 2.7.69 GV II Late C18. 3 storeys in red brick. 3 windows, all reglazed, painted stone cill string to 1st floor, and heads with fluted key blocks to windows. Ground floor has 2 brick bay windows (late C19 or early C20) and the original centre doorway in stone, painted with applied Doric columns, entablature,delicate 'Adam' fan- light, and 6-panel door. Wood block bracketed eaves cornice. Hipped slate roof. Side wing of 2 storeys to the south projects like a small pavilion, 1 window on each face, with details like main block. Wood block bracketed cornice and hipped slate roof.
