Farmhouse, now house. Early C18, altered and extended C19. MATERIALS: painted brick, old tile hipped roof. PLAN: rectangular plan with large extension on north-west, now separate house, known as Corner Cottage (not included). EXTERIOR: 2 storeys. 3 chimneys with clay pots. C18 casement windows and sash windows with glazing bars, some replaced as replicas. Entrance front. north-west, originally of 3 wide bays, now 2-bays, with partly glazed entrance door in centre. 3-light casement windows with louvred shutters under segmental brick arches. Small lean-to extension on left with 2-light window. Garden front, south-east, 2-bays. C18 sash windows with segmental brick arches on first floor. Early C19 casement doors on ground floor. Large weathered chimney stack projecting from wall on left. INTERIOR: not inspected.
