Morocco

Morocco is a nation in northwest Africa. Once the Roman province of Mauretania, Morocco was invaded by Muslims, Berbers, Spain, Portugal, England and France between the 7th and 20th centuries. It gained independence in 1956. Languages include Arabic, several Berber dialects, and French.
