CHIPPING NORTON WEST STREET SP 3026-3126 (west side) 4/87 No 23 (Scarsbrook & 11.4.73 Findlay, Greengrocers) GV II Former house, now shop. C17 core altered in the C19. Coursed and squared rubble- stone with a gabled machine tiled roof and S end stone stack with brick cap. Two storeys and attic, one-window range. Dormer with a 2-light casement, upper window is a 6-pane tripartite sash and to the ground floor a C20 canted bay and C20 glazed door.
