The description shall be amended to read:

Farmhouse. Mid/late C18. Brick in Flemish bond with some flared headers. 2-storey bands and dentilled brick eaves cornice. C20-tile roof with brick end stacks. T-shaped plan. 2-storeys plus attic; 3-window range of 3-light casements with one 2-light casement to first floor centre. Windows have segmental brick arches with keyblocks. Panelled/glazed door with plain C20 overlight. 2-storey brick range to rear has C20 casements. 6-panelled door to rear of main range. Interior not inspected but likely to be of interest.
