NEW STREET 1. 1270 (South Side) Nos 40 and 42 SP 2872 NE 8/42 1.6.49. II GV 2. Circa 1800. Red brick; 2 storeys; 4 segmental headed windows with plain keyblocks. 2 identical moulded wood doorcases with open pediments and arched fanlights. Band. Dentilled wood eaves; 4 box dormers; old tiles. Nos 4O to 44 (even) form a group.
