Petroglyph National Monument Albuquerque, Bernalillo County, New Mexico, USA

Located in the western outskirts of Albuquerque, Petroglyph National Monument is one of the largest petroglyph sites in North America. It contains 17 miles of volcanic rock escarpment with over 25,000 petroglyph images.

It contains 17 miles of volcanic rock escarpment with over 25,000 petroglyph images. The monument includes a visitors' center and four different sites of varying terrain, most with easy to moderate paths.
