San Michele Maggiore Pavia, Italy
Built in the first half of the 12th century, San Michele Maggiore is one of the finest examples of Romanesque architecture in Lombardy. It also has lots of Romanesque sculpture, a fine crypt, and a unique mosaic pavement in the sanctuary.
