Gilbert Inn Seaside, Oregon

First built in 1885 as a two-story cabin, the Gilbert Inn was expanded in Queen Anne style in 1892. Its owner was Alexandre Gilbert, a Frenchman who became mayor of Seaside from 1912 to 1916.
