Mid 19th century. Single storey, 3-bay broad-eaved gabled cottage. Snecked rubble with droved dressings. Stop-chamfered arrises. Advanced cills. Long and short quoins. Exposed rafter ends. Timber barge boards to gables. S (PRINCIPAL) ELEVATION: modern glazed timber door, with fanlight, at centre, flanked by window to left, advanced bay to right, with bipartite window at centre. E ELEVATION: 3-bay, with windows in each bay. N ELEVATION: single window centred in advanced bay to left; window close to re-entrant angle, in harled addition to right; harled lean-to coalshed at outer right, with timber doors facing E and W. W ELEVATION: 4-bay, comprising glazed vertically-boarded timber door at centre, with blank advanced block to right; harled later addition advanced at left, with irregularly placed windows in bays; harled lean-to coalshed at outer left. Lying-pane timber sash and case and casement windows. Graded grey slate roof. Cast-iron and plastic rainwater goods. Coped ashlar ridge stack, and stack breaking pitch at E, with circular cans.
