COLSTERWORTH HIGH STREET SK 92 SW (east side) 8/7 No.49 24.9.79 G.V. II House. 1703, raised and refronted 1756 with minor C19 alterations. Ashlar front, coursed limestone rubble gable and rear. Concrete tiled roof with single brick gable stack. 2 storey, 3 bay front having central C19 planked door and fanlight over with semi-circular stepped keystone arch, flanked by single margin lights. To first floor a blocked central window flanked by single margin lights. All windows have flat lintels with raised keystones. At the top of the right hand gable an inscribed datestone "JG 1756". Interior retains a simply stopped and chamfered beam to ground floor, and attic beam dated 1703.
