MAIDEN BRADLEY CHURCH STREET ST 83 NW (east side) 4/89 No 12 GV II Semi-detached cottage. Early C18. Rubble stone, tiled roof with stone slate eaves courses and brick stacks. Gable end to road. Two-storey, 2-window south front. Four-panelled door in beaded stone architrave with pediment on brackets, C19 eight-pane sash in moulded stone architrave with dripstone either side. Two 8-pane sashes in stone architraves to first floor, Sun Insurance disc and illegible datestone to centre. Left return has C20 casement and 2- light recessed chamfered mullioned casement to attic. Rear has lean-to porch to right, planked door and C20 casement to left, first floor with 3-light recessed chamfered mullioned casement to right, 2-light and single-light casement to left.
