  1. 2 storey building of early Cl9 origin. Brick on a stone base. Pantile roof. 4 irregular windows with glazing bars and storage door on lst floor. Ground floor has double carriage doors to right; large window with glazing bars and centre passage and door to left. Included solely as part of a group with other properties in the yard.

Nos 16, 17 and Workshop form a group.
