SETTLE DUKE STREET SD 8063-8163 (east side) 10/13 Norlands and Milford & Co 20.10.75 GV II Formerly one house, now 2 offices. c.1840 altered mid C19. Rock-faced stone, stone dressings, slate roof. 3 storeys, 3 bays. Central entrance has plain jambs and pedimented hood, divided into separate entrances by plain central jamb C20 doors. Outer windows on each floor have plain surrounds and sashes with margin- pane glazing. Central window on first and second floors is wider with 2 lights and flat-faced mullion; sashes with margin-pane glazing on first floor; fixed lights with similar glazing on second floor. Quoins. Shaped modillions at eaves. Gable end ridge stacks.
