Offices. Formerly house, late C18. 5 windows, 2 storeys and attics. Red brick with parapets; full height pilasters at corners and moulded modillion cornice. Original decorated rainwater hopper-heads and part of downpiping remain. Hipped slated roof. Sash windows, those on ground floor based upon stucco string course; broad architraves, those at ground floor with moulded cornice; small-pane sashes. Entrance door with 6 fielded panels, oblong fanlight having intersecting arched glazing bars; stucco architrave and pediment on console brackets. No.119a built as a service wing to No.119: 2 storeys, 2 windows. Sash windows with flat arches of gauged brick. Side entrance door with 6 fielded panels, oblong fanlight with small panes, flat canopy on cantilever brackets.
